Last time I was there, a fourteen-piece band was playing on the sidewalk in front.
One of «Louis's» favorite spots in Paris! Le Palais Garnier was obviously designed as a place to be seen more than a place to hear music - think of the relatively small auditorium compared to the public areas of the building.
All the people do it lively, and it is the wonderful work which I become glad of. Thank you for showing me a splendid work.
