Imposing building and a great image. This is the Palais de Justice, which houses various courts, the actual Ministry of Justice is in place Vendôme.
«Louis» heard that they hauled you in there in handcuffs for refusing to go with Lois Anne to the top of la tour Eiffel, or worse yet, for not climbing the steps in the tower at Nôtre Dame with her when she had the sprained ankle...

@ VP - Oops! Thank you for making that correction. I should ask you about this stuff before I post it 'cause you seem to know more about everything than anyone I've ever known if that makes any sense...
I never tire of looking at the architecture of Paris (or most of Europe for that matter).
@ Jacob - I have spent a lot of time in Paris over the years, so I had time to learn...
@ VP - OK, but you're still the smartest man I've not yet met!
Oh and I hope you walked next door and saw the exquisite Saint- Chapelle! There is renovation going on now and much is undercover but I saw it Nov. 2008. Breathtaking even on a cloudy day!

Paris has such beautiful buildings. That blue is so attractive.
