The Eiffel Tower et nuit 2


This was taken late evening while walking back to our hotel.

I remember how impressive it is from this distance. I had a lousy camera back then but I love the pictures. I remember it rained on us while we were half way up the tower. Nice lights.

I loved when they added the sparkling lights. I remember waiting to see it the first time. A Canadian couple stopped to chat and I told them about the sparklers. They had no idea and were amazed when it started. Another time, I came back to catch it while it was bathed in the blue light celebrating the seat of the EU.
