A magnificent view of Paris, I wonder how far you can see. It must be a big tourist attraction to climb the tower - I should imagine there would be some type of barricade to prevent falling and flattening the people below! Cheers.Melbourne Daily Photo
Gret shot, 'brava' Lois Anne! The Jussieu Campus tower is to its bare bones in this photo...
That's a splendid view!God bless you!Cezar
Lois got a great shot! I wish I could have gotten up there. Ah well, there's always la Tour Montparnasse.
This is a great view!
@ Starman - I climbed the Arc de Triomphe and it damn near killed me. So, I passed on the towers...but my dear wife, who had tripped and fallen as we were going down to the Batou Bus, and sprained her ankle badly, decided she was going up...she waited forever in line and I understand the climb is very difficult...but she thinks she's still a kid (she was 68 then) and went all the way.Her ankle looked like a balloon when she got down but we continued to walk around anyway...she iced it back at the motel and that helped. She said it was quite an experience and worth all the pain. I waited on the corner, anxiously, as it took so long I was afraid she'd passed out or fallen off the towers!
Lois Ann, a wonderful shot! Great view!!!!!
I used to love Paris, and perhaps if I go there I will start to love it again.RegardsValeryBarcelona Daily PhotoTrujillo Daily Photo
Beautiful shot. Well worth the pain of the sprain.
Wow...what a view, loved it. Thanks for sharing.
This is classic and beautiful! How did I know that Lois Ann took it? I seem to remember that someone doesn't like heights. I'd love to have been up there. For some reason, I've never done it - closed for construction, long lines, whatever, whatever. So that's reason #511 to go back.
Beautiful and classic shot !!Unseen Rajasthan
simply beautifully captured shot...lovely!
hmmmmm....«Louis» never got to enjoy this view... Something about hooves and stairs and bovine width, etc....
