Sainte-Chapelle


Commissioned by Louis IX in 1242 to be royal chapel and a repository for the relics of Christ's passion, including the crown of thorns, Sainte-Chapelle is considered today to contain the most beautiful stained glass in all of Europe.

Sainte-Chapelle is truly worth the price of admission. Also went to a concert there in the lower section.

i love this place. i like to go to hear concerts there and watch the sunlight going down and the changing colors of the stained glass.
